Great conversations are where meaningful connections begin. Join Coffee Dates, ELSA's informal networking initiative designed to bring members together across companies, regions, and areas of expertise.

How it works

1. Register for the next semester (September–December 2026) using this form.
2. Every two months, we'll randomly match participants into small groups of 3–4 members.
3. You'll receive an introduction email with your group members' contact details, along with suggested conversation starters.
4. Coordinate with your group and schedule a virtual coffee chat over the following weeks.

More than 80 ELSA members participated in Coffee Dates, forming 19 diverse groups across multiple regions and sectors, including airlines, manufacturers, airports, academia, consultancies, fuel producers, startups, and public institutions.

By bringing together professionals with different backgrounds and experiences, Coffee Dates help strengthen our community and support ELSA's mission to connect and empower the next generation of aviation leaders.
