VIRTUAL·ATAG EVENT

ATAG / Cranfield University 2022 Global Aviation Summit

ATAG co-hosted the 2022 Global Aviation Summit: Raising ambition to address climate change and biodiversity with Cranfield University on Wednesday 14 September. The 12-hour event sought to raise industry/sector ambition by sharing major achievements that make substantial contributions towards the 2050 targets and discussing barriers and lessons learnt, (e.g., raising finance, achieving behavioural change, obtaining government support).

The summit travelled the globe in one day by connecting the world, region by region as the sun rose, via the virtual event platform, visiting: Oceania; Asia (including India and China); the Middle East; Africa (including Egypt); the Americas and Europe.
