About the webinar

The event explored aviation’s role in global economic development, trade and connectivity while addressing the key challenges shaping its future. Discussions covered the future of air transport and the way ahead – from the transition to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), to innovations driving net-zero goals and the evolving workforce needed to shape the future of the sector. There was a particular focus on:

  • Aviation’s impact on global trade and economic development
  • Air transport’s energy transition / net zero carbon emissions
  • Workforce and skills needed for aviation’s future.
